SITUATION 1

Gender: Male

Age: In the 30s or 40s

Appearance: Long Hair, which covers her face only, estimate 1.9m tall, Chinese.

Situation: Sitting under my block and was talking to himself. Seriously was talking to himself. He removed his slippers and put his legs on the bench. He was talking loudly. After that he walked towards Macdonald bought himself a drink. He still talks to himself when heading towards the Macdonald. I was wondering who is he talking to and what he is talking about. He just keep walking to and back from Macdonald. He speaks in Chinese language and also did some hand gestures.

SITUATION 2

Name: Poh Ong Seng
Adress: Blk 892A Woodlands Drive 50 #03-231

Gender: Male

Age: 20s to 30s

Appearance: Spiked Hair, Well built body, about 1.7m tall.

Situation: He was standing at the first flight of staircase at my Multi-Storey carpark. While was standing, he was holding a helmet and I guess that he rides a motorcycle or he might be waiting for his friend who rides a motorcycle and he could be the pillion rider. Amazingly, he was staring at my block and I do not know which floor he was looking at. I observed him thru my window, which my room is facing directly at the multi-storey carpark. He could possibly waiting for someone or looking for someone.
What would character A do to provoke character B?

Cher Ming was waiting for his wife to buy some food at the macdonald. While waiting, he played his PSP just to keep him occupied. As time goes by, he get bored with the game and decided not to play anymore. So all he can do was to look at people. He was sitting outside of the macdonald as it was too crowded inside.
Then there is a man who he kept observing. That man just kept walking up and down talking to himself. But Cher Ming did was just look at him. When the man walked passed Cher Ming, he still talked to himself but with saliva spitting out of his mouth and got it on Cher Ming’s clothes
But Cher Ming thought that it was unintentionally so he never bothers. When the man came back walking at the other direction, saliva kept coming out and Cher Ming got irritated. So he confronted the guy telling him that he kept spitting saliva and got it on his clothes. The man just kept talking to himself and made Cher Ming more irritated, continuing to have saliva coming out from his mouth when talking which got it at his face this time round.
So Cher Ming called in the police asking them to take him away. Cher Ming could beat him up but he could not do it as he has a criminal record.
